Gerald "Jerry" J. Pacanowski of Chaffee (formerly of Hamburg), passed away Thursday, August 3, 2023 in his residence at the age of 76.

He was born May 2, 1947 in Buffalo, NY a son of the late Edmund and Regina (Wichrowski) Pacanowski. He was a man of many trades, and also served in the US Air Force from 1966-1970. He enjoyed NASCAR, drag racing, the Buffalo Bills, and playing Euchre with his friends in the Euchre leagues.

He is survived by his lifelong partner, Nancy Spink; as well as his children: Nancy (Anil) Pannikkat of CA, Vincent (Kathy) Spink of Wellsville, NY, Tammy (Jeff) Crandall of Springville, Melissa (Terry) Head of MO, and Jaclyn (Brian) Westfall of E. Otto; sisters: Carol (Jim) Hunt of Warsaw, and Joyce (late Har) Spruce of Chaffee; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his siblings: Pat (Bud) Mombrun, Jim Pacanowski, and Larry (Kathy) Pacanowski.

There will be no prior visitation. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
