Obituary for Gianna Marie Ondesko
Gianna Marie Ondesko of Springville, NY passed away Friday, December 23, 2022 at the Bertrand-Chaffee Hospital in Springville at the age of 18.
She was born September 26, 2004 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, NY a daughter of George Ondesko Jr. of Tonawanda and Sherri (Seltzer) Ondesko of Springville.
She was a waitress at Fiesta Bamba Restaurant in Springville and graduated from Springville Griffith Institute in 2022. She was attending college at Erie Community College, North Campus for Vision Technology. She also had a love for music and played the trumpet. She was also involved with the music program at school and participated in the various school musicals. She also spent some of her time volunteering at the Concord Senior Center. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Carmine Ondesko of Springville; her grandparents: John and Jackie Seltzer of West Valley and George and Marguerite Ondesko of Orchard Park; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She is predeceased by her great-grandparents.
Friends may call on Friday, December 30, 2022 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at the Smith-Weismantel Funeral Home, 271 E. Main St. Springville. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
