Obituary for Honoria "Norie" I. Donhauser
Honoria I. "Norie" Donhauser of Springville, NY passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at the Jennie B. Richmond Nursing Home in Springville at the age of 97.
She was born May 22, 1925 in North Collins, NY a daughter of the late Innocence and Barbara (Degenfelder) Heim. She was a Nurse's Aid at the Bertrand-Chaffee Hospital in Springville and enjoyed working on their small family farm.
Norie lived 75 years in the Wyandale area of Concord, NY, and then moved to Springville in 2000.
She is survived by her children: George (Sue) Donhauser, Marge Donhauser, John (Mary) Donhauser, and Ronald (Elaine) Donhauser; sister-in-law, Norma Heim; as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Clayton Donhauser, who passed away in 1994. She is also predeceased by her son, Richard Donhauser; siblings: Eleanor Krause, Innocence "Sonny" Heim, Norbert Heim, Mary Steff, Emma Heim, Josephine Heim, Clemence Heim, Barbara Gamel, Clayton Heim, and Raymond Heim.
There will be no prior visitation. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
